We were at the "pickup spot" at the "pickup time" on Monday 4/15 and the tour had been cancelled. They claimed they had sent me a "confirmation" text msg and since they didn't hear back, they cancelled the tour. I had the confirmation from Viator, but apparently that was not enough. Now I am out the $70 deposit. Don't book thru Viator! And don't book with this place either "Oahu Luxury Private Island Tour VIP".…”
