“We flew over from Oahu so had to leave the North Shore at 3am. Got to the airport at 4 and was met by an agent from Polynesian Adventures. She gave us our tickets and got us to the counter. Our flight landed at 5:45am but no one was there to meet us. A call was made to the Polynesian office where we were informed that they don't pick up that early but would send someone in 15 min. hmmm? Aside from that the trip was fantastic!. Tommy our guide and bus driver was knowledgeable, funny and talked for 12 hours God bless him He drove that big bus like…”

“WE had a great tour and a great guide. Todd was very knowledge able of the island in general. We were picked up in Kona at 8:30am and returned around 10pm. Todd answered many questions between Kona and Hilo. The sights were awesome and the knowledge really helped out. I wish there were more water falls, but that would be tough time wise. Even with scattered showers it was a great day.”

“Very disappointing. First lack of communication where to park. I went to the Royal Hawaiian Center where you get the trolley and they charged $2.50 for 20 min. Parking more expensive then trolley. The trolley to Diamond Head was basically a bunch of bus stops. Our driver, was not understable and lacked knowledge.”

“The tour guide was very nice. Our actual tour was around 6 hours. There were about 3stops with 2 other bathroom stops. The stops were around 10-20min. If you don’t like hiking and prefer most of your time spent on the bus, this is for you. If you get motion sickness or car sick easily, this may not be for you. Dramamine helped but I still felt sick. Overall decent safe tour.”
